Booking Cancellation Policy:

Reservations are non-cancellable. Full payment will be forfeited in the event of cancellation.

Tenancy Deposit Policy:

Full payment for your stay must be made at the time of booking via our secure payment channels.

Guarantee Policy:

All reservations must be guaranteed with one of the following cards: American Express, UnionPay, JCB, MasterCard, Visa.
